📋 Description

• Partner with the VP of Product to define and refine product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities • Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product initiatives • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through release and iteration • Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new feature development, client-driven enhancements, and technical debt • Champion intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences across the platform • Collaborate with design and engineering to refine workflows and reduce friction • Contribute to API and integration strategy, including third-party systems • Serve as the primary product liaison to Client Delivery and Implementation teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a completed Bachelor's Degree or higher. • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology environment • Experience in recruitment technology, HR tech, ATS, CRM, or talent acquisition platforms strongly preferred • Experience working on products built with React and Ruby preferred • Experience with AI/ML-enabled features or automation initiatives preferred • Strong background in integrations and APIs • Proven experience managing product backlogs and agile development processes • Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and success metrics • Be able to travel up to 10% of the year
