• Manage and optimize digital acquisition programs across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, etc), and unpaid channels (email, social, and website) to drive pipeline and awareness. • Track and report campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities. • Manage HubSpot workflows, landing pages (WordPress), and lead nurturing automation to ensure smooth prospect journeys. • Maintain data quality, segmentation, and effective lead handoff processes between marketing and sales. • Engage authentically with our developer and partner community across social and technical channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Nylas Forum). • Use AI-assisted monitoring tools such as AirOps to surface trending topics and identify opportunities for brand storytelling and thought leadership. • Partner with subject matter experts to craft credible, informed content and social responses that reflect Nylas’s voice. • Support the operational side of marketing, including campaign scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with broader GTM priorities. • Provide insights on process improvements and contribute to building scalable marketing systems.
• 3-6 years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or startup environments). • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Wordpress, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4 and digital marketing tools. • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to technical topics. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Curiosity about AI, developer ecosystems, and emerging marketing technologies. • A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous learning.
