📋 Description
• Design graphics for websites, social media, emails, digital ads, and packaging • Execute clean and creative layouts for brand campaigns and product launches • Brainstorm visual concepts with the design and marketing teams • Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and style systems • Adapt and revise artwork based on quick feedback cycles • Prepare final files for both print and digital delivery • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices • Work on multiple briefs simultaneously, under tight timelines
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, (Figma is a plus) • A design portfolio showcasing strong visual thinking and execution • Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, color grading and branding • Familiarity with UI/UX design (Nice to Have) • Exposure to performance marketing design (Meta/Google Ads) (Nice to Have) • Previous work in e-commerce, DTC brands, or startup environments (Nice to Have)
