📋 Description

• Mission: Translate the product roadmap into actionable, scalable, and robust technical solutions for users of Obol Distributed Validators (DVs). • Pre-Sales & Onboarding: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support enterprise operators during pre-sales conversations and onboarding; deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts; translate business requirements into technical architectures. • Product & Integration Development: Oversee product integration into client systems; design and develop node operator tooling and developer experiences (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker); refine Solidity-based products and maintain onboarding flows and APIs for distributed validator clusters. • Customer Success & Support: Provide help on customer success calls, manage escalations, offer L2 technical support, and participate in community channels (Telegram/Discord). • Solution Architecture & Frameworks: Act as solution architect, design scalable onboarding frameworks, create documentation, playbooks, training materials, and ensure monitoring and operational excellence. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Product, DevRel, and leadership to represent partner needs and influence product roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory experience in blockchain technologies, with a deep understanding of Ethereum, Solidity smart contracts, and associated ecosystems • Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions with modern DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker) • Proven experience in a solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical customer success role • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions • Strong understanding of integration architecture patterns, API design, and middleware technologies • Preferred time zone: GMT-5 to GMT+3
