• Develop and implement supply acquisition strategies aligned with business demand and quality standards • Manage the full acquisition funnel — sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring of suppliers • Build and optimize repeatable, automated acquisition systems that fuel our supply pipeline and support the company’s expansion goals • Conduct market research to identify and prioritize supplier sources in new and existing geographies • Analyze recruitment data and performance metrics to optimize acquisition channels and conversion rates • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Onboarding, QC, and People Ops teams to ensure alignment and efficiency • Drive process automation and introduce innovative sourcing tools to maximize productivity
• 1+ year of experience managing full-cycle recruitment or supply acquisition processes • Proven ability to build and optimize sourcing and acquisition workflows • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Proficient in ATS systems, recruitment CRMs, job platforms, and social media sourcing • English level: Upper Intermediate (B2+) or higher • Experienced with Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining strategic focus
