📋 Description

• Work with U.S. Startups and C-Suite Execs as an Oceans Growth Marketer • Create and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across multiple channels including paid media, social media, and email • Plan and guide on new content that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages engagement • Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective strategies and tactics • Analyze customer acquisition data and metrics to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives • Monitor and report on growth metrics, including customer acquisition rate, retention rate, LTV, and CAC • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to implement new growth tactics

🎯 Requirements

• Language: Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing • Essential Skills: • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Optimizely) • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) • Excellent understanding of PPC, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience
