• Configure and support clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record software • Consult with members to provide solutions for secure, efficient patient care • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing for process improvement and alignment • Ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction
• 3-5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Epic application build • Epic certification in Epic Inpatient Orders and Bugsy • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong communication skills • Consistently acts with integrity and accountability • Process and detail-oriented • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented • Strong organizational and project management skills
