• Build and maintain the sales organization structure for a new business vertical. • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales framework, including lead generation, sales narratives, pipeline management, cross-selling, and upselling. • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve company targets. • Act as the primary advocate for partners' needs and feedback with internal teams. • Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Work with industry partners to strengthen the company's position as a thought leader. • Oversee contract negotiations and accelerate customer adoption. • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. • Collaborate with product and trading teams to improve existing offerings and develop new solutions based on market demand. • Identify and pursue new business synergies within the broader industry ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling a high-growth SaaS sales organization (including process development, budgeting, and compensation). • At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team with a proven track record of success. • Direct field experience in B2B SaaS sales. • Proactive and self-motivated approach with ability to take ownership and make difficult decisions. • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to coordinate effectively between sales, marketing, product, and other departments. • Independent perspective combined with strong listening skills. • Fluency in English.
