📋 Description

• Define, implement and oversee the automation testing strategy and execution. • Lead a team of automation testers, work closely with product managers and developers. • Drive the adoption of best practices in automation testing. • Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define test requirements. • Ensure the quality and reliability of software releases through rigorous testing. • Mentor and guide junior automation engineers in best practices. • Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools. • Report on test progress, defects, and overall product quality. • Continuously drive improvements in the automation testing process.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in QA automation, including leadership roles • Proven experience with automation frameworks covering functional, integration, load and distributed system testing • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities • Gaming industry experience a big plus
