📋 Description

• We are committed to creating a decentralized, secure, and transparent future through blockchain technology. • Role acts as systems architect and process optimizer, focused on streamlining workflows, enhancing collaboration, and efficiently allocating resources to support scalable growth. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies and provide support to globally distributed, cross-functional teams. • Implement cutting-edge technologies and serve as an internal consultant, offering a holistic perspective critical to the company's success. • Lead high-impact special projects and ensure cross-functional operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive business operations or strategic planning experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Bachelors Degree required, plus for an MBA or Graduate degree. • Experience working in the blockchain industry, with a deep understanding of its core principles, technologies, and challenges (e.g., scalability, security, decentralization). • A strong background in engineering or product management, with demonstrated experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams. • Proven expertise in strategic project management, resource allocation, and operational process optimization. • Track record of leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple partners successfully. • Demonstrated ability to navigate the unique challenges of a remote-first or decentralized work environment, including experience managing a physical office or facilities.
