🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field. • Plus 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Technical Illustrator, or any occupation, job title, position working with design projects from concept to completion. • 3 years of professional experience utilizing industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; • 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, typography, and branding systems work including static and animated content for social media platforms, digital graphics for display networks and social ads, design layouts and visuals for email marketing campaigns, design branded presentation decks, design marketing assets for events, conferences, and branded swag, design landing page visuals, design editorial graphics for blog posts, and design data visualizations to display technical or blockchain metrics; • 3 years of professional experience designing digital and physical applications; • 3 years of professional experience implementing brand guidelines at scale and translating complex technical concepts into clear and engaging visual communications; • 3 years of professional experience balancing creative exploration with business objectives and presenting and defending design decisions; • 2 years of professional experience performing senior-level art and design in the tech or fintech industry; • 2 years of professional experience handling blockchain user experience challenges and addressing adoption barriers; • 2 years of professional experience representing technical blockchain data and metrics through data visualization; and • 1 year of professional experience utilizing Arbitrum and Ethereum ecosystems.
