📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Job Title: Delivery Manager • Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred) • Reporting to: Leadership Team • About Offshorly: Offshorly is a digital staff augmentation and delivery company with UK management and an incredible Philippines-based team. • You’ll oversee Project Managers and support the coordination of design, QA, and development resources to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with real impact. • You’ll also be a key client liaison—building strong relationships, solving problems fast, and representing Offshorly with professionalism and positivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or digital operations. • Experience managing cross-functional digital teams (developers, PMs, QA, etc.). • Strong understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery practices. • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. • Able to switch between high-level planning and hands-on issue resolution. • Calm under pressure and proactive in finding solutions. • Bonus: Experience working with international clients or remote delivery teams. • Bonus: Experience in digital agencies or staff augmentation environments. • Bonus: A knowledge of Ai and how it is being used to increase productivity.
