📋 Description
• Partner closely with Product Management to evaluate, refine, and validate acceptance criteria • Identify potential technical risks and propose mitigation strategies • Lead solution design sessions and architectural discussions • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Advocate for technical best practices • Conduct thorough, detailed, security-focused code reviews • Mentor junior and mid-level developers • Establish, implement, and maintain coding standards across the development team • Design and develop robust, scalable applications using .NET • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Participate in agile ceremonies • Design comprehensive testing strategies
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Proven track record of leading technical discussions and solution design • Experience mentoring developers and conducting detailed code reviews • Strong background in full-stack development within enterprise environments • Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core • Strong SQL skills including database design, optimization, and stored procedures • Proficiency in React OR Blazor for front-end development (Blazor preferred) • Entity Framework Core and ORM best practices • RESTful API design and development using ASP.NET Core Web API • GraphQL implementation and schema design • AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3) • Git version control and branching strategies • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) • Integration testing and mocking frameworks • Docker containerization and orchestration concepts • OWASP Top 10 understanding and mitigation strategies • Authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth, JWT, Identity Framework) • Secure coding practices and vulnerability assessment • Test-driven development (TDD) or behavior-driven development (BDD) • Automated testing strategies and testing pyramid concepts • Performance testing and load testing principles
