📋 Description

• Lead the installation, configuration, and production deployment of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC) • Deploy and configure Strategy CMC within a Red Hat OpenShift environment • Validate application functionality, performance, connectivity, and overall production readiness • Perform CMC configuration, tuning, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support • Maintain the Strategy CMC application and supporting containerized infrastructure after production deployment • Develop operational procedures, documentation, and best practices for long-term platform support • Mentor LANL middleware personnel on administration of both the OpenShift platform and the Strategy CMC environment

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline • 9 or more years of directly applicable experience implementing and supporting complex enterprise application platforms • Recognized subject matter expert in Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC) architecture, deployment, configuration, and administration • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise software implementations from initial deployment through production operations and knowledge transfer • Extensive, hands-on experience deploying and administering Strategy CMC in production enterprise environments • Strong understanding of Strategy architecture, platform services, and operational best practices • Experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration, container technologies, Kubernetes, and Linux
