• Lead performance marketing: design and execute growth campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels to drive new patient bookings • Own the funnel: optimize ad performance, landing pages, and conversion paths to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition • Build the marketing engine: develop the systems, dashboards, and playbooks that turn insights into repeatable growth • Test and iterate: identify new audiences, creative angles, and partnership opportunities to keep Oli top of mind in every market we enter • Collaborate cross functionally: work directly with leadership, operations, and creative to align brand, performance, and patient experience • Report and refine: analyze campaign data, patient acquisition trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within D2C, healthcare, aesthetics, or multi location service businesses • Proven track record managing Meta and Google Ads with six figure budgets and measurable acquisition results • Deep understanding of analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking • Experience building and optimizing high ROI funnels from ad creative through lead nurturing • A balance of creative intuition and analytical precision • Leadership ability to build and manage small teams or agency partners
