📋 Description

• Evaluate, execute, and integrate mergers and acquisitions opportunities • Assess strategic fit of potential opportunities • Support business and financial due diligence efforts • Assist in developing deal structures, succession plans, and transition strategies • Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and merger consequences analyses • Support target screening, industry research, and valuation benchmarking for pipeline development • Support the CFO in leading financial due diligence workstreams, including quality of earnings review, working capital analysis, normalization adjustments, and synergy quantification • Create and monitor deal business performance metrics, including KPI tracking, profitability analysis, and trend analysis • Track post-close integration, including synergy realization, purchase accounting, and performance versus deal thesis • Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and partner with the Chief Development Officer and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required • Minimum of 4 years’ experience within public accounting, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field • Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical mindset • Strong communication skills • Ability to contribute and work well on a team • Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities • Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
