📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to deliver meaningful solutions enabling to achieve company goals • Foster a culture of collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement within the Pricing team • Set clear performance objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and support career development for team members • Develop and implement data strategies that support the company's objectives and enhance data utilization • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools • Collaborate with various departments to identify analytical needs and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Actively participate in both local and regional data and analytics projects • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all systems through robust data governance practices • Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management roles • 2+ years of proven leadership experience managing data and analytics teams • Experience and knowledge how to define key metrics for the business growth • Understanding of eCommerce in general or Classifieds business will be an advantage • Very good English skills (B2/C1 is a must) • Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex pricing challenges and find actionable solutions • Strategic Thinker: Balances long-term vision with short-term execution, always keeping the company’s objectives in mind • Collaborative Leader: Skilled in managing cross-functional relationships and leading teams towards shared goals • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer behavior and the role pricing plays in shaping their decisions • Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and make decisions quickly based on data and market insights.
