📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager in the Consumers Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our core mission: building a loveable discovery experience powered by AI for millions of property seekers across key EU markets (Otodom, Storia, Imovirtual). Your specific mandate is to be the driving force behind the quality and completeness of every property ad on our platform, ensuring our inventory offers the very best selection. The quality and completeness of a property ad directly dictate the trust, efficiency, and speed of the seeker's journey.

🎯 Requirements

• - Extensive years of experience in product management - ideally within an international set-up and at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company • - Proven track record of defining and successfully delivering product strategies within high-growth, consumer-facing technology companies • - Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and drive alignment • - Highly impact/outcome-oriented mindset demonstrated by a track record of using data and experimentation to drive measurable user or business impact • - Experience with seeker/buyer-facing products • - Curiosity! – initiative to dig into the why & what • - Experience in hypothesis and data-based product development, e.g., user and market research, validating ideas, experimentation, A/B testing, usability testing, data analysis • - Capability to understand technical concepts and discuss deep technical topics with development teams • - Experience working in a complex matrix organisation • - Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient English is required • - Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
