📋 Description

• Explore and analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights; • Build, train, and validate statistical and machine learning models focused on business performance; • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand problems, formulate hypotheses, and propose data-driven solutions; • Communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; • Develop data pipelines and automations to ensure the scalability of solutions; • Monitor model performance in production and propose continuous improvements; • Apply best practices for versioning, reproducibility, and model governance; • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the evolution of data science practices across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Conduct exploratory analyses and impact studies to support strategic pricing decisions; • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python; • Experience conducting robust quantitative analyses end-to-end, from problem definition to presentation of results; • Ability to create and present data storytelling, translating technical insights into accessible language for different audiences; • Capacity to define clear business problems and propose data-driven solutions that generate real impact; • Support A/B experiments and simulation models to test new pricing policies and measure financial impact; • Write prototype-level code without depending on software engineers; • Preferred: experience with software development.
