• Lead the strategy for how we tell our most critical stories: the outcomes we drive for our members, and the value we deliver to our customers. • Craft a best-in-class data storytelling framework that aligns the post-sale member outcomes narrative with the promise we make during the sales process. • Report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and partner deeply across Product, Clinical, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams. • Elevate Omada’s market differentiation through consistent, personalized, and insight-rich customer reporting. • Synthesize data from our largest customers and across our book of business. • Help shape compelling, individualized narratives for large customers. • Establish standardized, scalable storytelling frameworks that apply across our customer base.
• 10+ years experience in product marketing or related marketing discipline, with a focus on B2B healthcare or SaaS audiences. • 5+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences. Preferred experience in health plan, PBM, or virtual care/digital health. • Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting frameworks, and business storytelling. • Experience collaborating closely with analytics, product, and customer success teams. • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling, and executive-ready insights. • Skilled at identifying patterns in large datasets and turning insights into action. • Experience presenting data-driven stories to customers. • Proven ability to drive alignment across product, clinical and commercial teams. • Demonstrated leadership experience, including cross-functional influence and strategic planning. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience in high growth environments, working at scale. • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree a plus.
