📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive audit plan • Assessing controls and ensuring compliance across the organization • Lead, mentor, and develop the internal audit team • Design and execute a risk-based internal audit plan • Perform evaluations of internal controls • Oversee SOX compliance efforts • Direct all audit activities including planning, execution, and reporting • Partner with senior management and the board for insights and recommendations • Drive improvements in audit processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Over 10+ years of experience in internal or external auditing • Relevant certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA • Ability to assess complex processes and systems critically • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience leading audit teams
