📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients. • Teach and train clients who sell in physical retail or online. • Support clients with the initial setup. • Configure and provide guidance on the use of technical components. • Deliver individual and group training sessions. • Monitor success metrics. • Develop, update, and improve materials and training programs. • Act proactively.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree complete or in progress (degrees in Administration, Information Systems, or Commercial Management are a plus). • Passion for teaching and helping clients grow. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Prior experience in onboarding, B2B customer service, or Customer Success. • Knowledge of printer configuration and software installation on computers. • Proactive, hands-on attitude. • Organized, resilient, and good time-management skills. • Analytical, data-oriented mindset. • Proficiency with CRM and support tools is a plus.
