📋 Description

• Assist customers with renewal and rate-adjustment negotiations via phone, chat, WhatsApp and email; • Conduct consultative conversations to explain adjustments, align expectations and reduce friction; • Negotiate terms and alternatives to ensure contract continuity and preserve revenue; • Identify risks and properly record interactions; • Flag opportunities to improve processes, channels and tools; • Participate in training, performance rituals and action plans to increase the renewal rate.

• Excellent communication skills; • Knowledge of persuasion and negotiation techniques; • Strong argumentation skills; • Good listener with active listening skills; • Agile and problem-solving oriented; • Resilient and able to perform in a dynamic environment; • Previous experience in retention and/or sales is desirable.
