📋 Description

• The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will lead and implement key areas of Omnidian’s business intelligence strategy. • Consult with and drive operational efficiencies for client reporting and cross functional leadership. • Understand needs and translate them into business and technical requirements. • Communicate and deliver on prioritization with the team. • Design and implement datasets, metrics, and dashboards to support stakeholder needs. • Create, maintain, and upgrade existing dashboards and data visualizations. • Collaborate with Data Management team to create and maintain data quality and governance. • Work with data engineering team to prioritize and contribute complex SQL to ELT pipelines. • Distill Insights from cross functional business exposure into research that informs strategy. • Create data driven stories and presentations. • Communicate & present insights to key stakeholders to support business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of strong experience with Sigma or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • 5+ years of strong SQL skills for writing, updating, and optimizing queries. • 3+ years of experience with Databricks or similar Data Lake/Warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift). • Experience in collaborating with data management and data governance teams to implement standards in BI tools. • Experience in advising senior management on data insights. • Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets.
