📋 Description

• Develop and implement new features, APIs, and products for OnePay’s credit card platform • Collaborate with engineers across the organization to ship high-quality code with speed and reliability • Architect and design scalable, secure systems that support millions of customer transactions • Build and maintain clear technical documentation to support our growing, distributed team • Solve complex technical challenges related to payments, money movement, and sensitive financial data at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on product-facing financial systems preferred • Strong track record of delivering impactful features and products in fintech, payments, or credit • Expertise in building, maintaining, and optimizing APIs and data flows for transactional systems • Familiarity with secure coding practices, compliance requirements, or PCI-related systems is a plus • Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor
