📋 Description

• Architect, design, and implement backend services and tooling that support Operations and Customer Servicing teams • Develop new features end-to-end, including 0→1 builds that enable scalable servicing workflows • Build and maintain clear, thorough documentation to support our growing and remote organization • Solve complex problems involving large-scale money movement and sensitive financial data • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external vendors to deliver reliable, secure servicing solutions • Integrate AI tools and LLM-powered capabilities into servicing workflows where impactful

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping backend systems in high-scale environments • Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices • Experience leading, mentoring, and demonstrating excellence in execution with limited oversight • Familiarity with AI tools, LLM-based workflows, or integrating model-driven features into backend services • Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor
