• Managing a multi-channel Property and Casualty sales staff • Training and developing the sales team • Monitor and report activity and production output • Collaborate with IT and other department managers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field • 3+ years of related professional liability and/or life and health insurance experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Property and Casualty insurance license in good standing
