• This is a remote position. • Our client is an innovative, well-funded startup leading the future of decentralized data and blockchain infrastructure. • With a globally distributed team spanning over 35 countries, they are solving critical challenges in blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, real-time data services, and Layer 1 solutions. • As a Blockchain Developer (Rust/Move), you will design, develop, and maintain blockchain infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. • You will collaborate with a highly skilled team to build decentralized and trustless systems while staying at the forefront of blockchain advancements. • Develop and optimize blockchain infrastructure using Rust and/or Move programming languages. • Implement Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols to enhance scalability and performance. • Build secure, decentralized, and trustless systems. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities. • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. • Contribute to open-source projects and stay updated on blockchain innovations.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Rust development, with strong expertise in blockchain fundamentals. • Deep understanding of networking, consensus protocols, parallel execution, and storage in blockchain systems. • Experience optimizing system performance, including memory management and CPU utilization. • Strong knowledge of blockchain security best practices and vulnerability mitigation. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). • Proficiency in Move programming language, with experience in Move Runtime (preferably Aptos Move). • Experience developing Move smart contracts. • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
