📋 Description

• Manages new and retention clinical engagement, education, and sales efforts for the Pharmacy practice • Utilizes clinical expertise paired with the capabilities of the Pharmacy team to solve pharmacy cost challenges • Directs and monitors all region-wide sales program initiatives and ensures they are making expected progress • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement • Diligent about accuracy, timing, and delivery of sales reporting and communications • Recommends revisions, new programs and improvements to the process • Communicates regularly with internal teams and updates CRM to improve data syncing • Drives collaboration between special projects leads and Marketing team for project deliverables • Provides strategic partnership and collaboration for regional and One Digital national priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written skills • Strategic thinker, skilled at executing strategy and problem solving • Sharp business acumen; able to work independently as well as in a collaborative fashion • Excellent project management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Demonstrated analytical skills • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint CRM is a plus • Bachelor’s or doctorate of pharmacy degree • Prior experience or understanding of the PBM industry • Sales, sales operations or sales support experience with increasing responsibilities, preferred
