📋 Description

• Own and maintain the canonical Salesforce data model • Establish and enforce data governance policies • Serve as the primary owner of the HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration • Own the campaign member data structure within Salesforce • Own and optimize Specialist-to-account matching rules • Ensure CRM data practices comply with GDPR, CCPA

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or revenue operations with a focus on Salesforce • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce data model • Hands-on experience with HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration management • Deep knowledge of data governance principles • Proven track record of building and enforcing data quality standards • Experience with Specialist lifecycle management • Familiarity with campaign attribution models • Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA)
