📋 Description

• Translate meeting outcomes into actionable projects and coordinate with technical teams to ensure deliverables are ready for sales calls. • Execute and operationalize leadership-initiated projects, creating systems/processes through AI automation or SOPs. • Manage and improve workflows in CRM (Pipedrive), update ATS, and maintain automated follow-up sequences. • Research and present 2–3 solution options for undefined projects to enable data-driven decisions. • Build and refine sales collateral (decks, case studies, proposals) using research and structured insights. • Consolidate research into structured deliverables and connect multiple sales tools into a streamlined outbound process. • Source and structure lead lists, draft outreach templates, and manage targeted campaigns. • Handle technical registrations (e.g., AWS partner portal), business filings, and platform integrations. • Manage calendar, inbox, and meeting scheduling with prospects; conduct pre-meeting research and prepare briefing materials. • Extract and execute action items from recorded calls and update lead intake artifacts for sales calls. • Coordinate team deliverables, track progress, ensure accountability, and support travel coordination and personal meeting management. • Review talent pipelines in ATS and proactively schedule follow-ups.

• Proven experience in technical operations or sales operations, ideally in fast-paced environments. • Strong skills in CRM management, workflow automation, and process creation. • Exceptional writing skills — able to craft polished content that surpasses leadership’s standards. • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong follow-through. • Fast learner with new software, AI tools, and productivity platforms. • Experience in developing and launching new service offerings or structured projects. • Advanced English (written and spoken) for client communication and content creation. • Experience with Pipedrive CRM and ATS management; familiarity with technical registrations (e.g., AWS partner portal) and platform integrations.
