• Lead the implementation of the regional sourcing strategy and the regional engagement plan across all TAs/Functions within R&D to support the regional J&J Innovation Centers. • Execute regional campaigns aligned with the regional IC strategy and drive all external and internal engagements that are strategic priorities for R&D. • Monitor progress through monthly reports including AARs to ensure alignment with overarching strategic objectives. • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for each activation and oversee the execution of promotional strategies, including social media campaigns, cross-promotions, and targeted communications. • Oversee all aspects of regional scientific engagements, ensuring seamless activation execution. • Stay informed on J&J IM’s high-level strategic priorities to effectively communicate and foster engagement with companies and ecosystem partners. • Support relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing partners, trade associations, sponsors, and collaborators. • Assist in regional engagement with the scientific community through networking events and office hours.
