📋 Description

• Lead Primary Servicing and APAC Commercial Operations, overseeing 20+ employees • Execute long-term strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability • Advise VP on business planning, risk management, and market positioning • Champion integration and adoption of new servicing products, automation, and AI-driven solutions • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring adherence to SLAs, investor requirements, and regulatory standards • Focus on 0-60 DPD collections, borrower campaigns, self-serve and data capture, and loan covenant monitoring • Design and implement scalable operational frameworks, P&P, training, scripting, staffing models, and process reengineering • Develop KPI dashboards, quality assurance programs, and internal controls • Manage Shared Services and third-party vendor relationships to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Finance to align servicing strategies with corporate goals • Lead risk assessment initiatives, regulatory reviews, and investor audits • Serve as senior point of contact for key clients, overseeing onboarding, due diligence, and executive reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial mortgage servicing/servicing operations (minimum 120 months) • At least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role • Proven track record of leading large-scale operational teams and divisional SME in technology initiatives • Deep understanding of commercial loan servicing agreements, investor requirements, and regulatory frameworks • Exceptional leadership, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with client onboarding, due diligence, contract negotiation, and operational readiness • Must pass Company background screening and possibly client-specific background checks or Federal/State licensing requirements
