📋 Description

• Work Hours: Depends on company, but most companies want at least 2 hours of overlap with U.S. time zones • Note: This role is for placement into our general pool of candidates to match with U.S. companies and not for a specific role. • OnlyExperts is a recruiting firm that specializes in finding accounting/finance talent in the Philippines and matching them with U.S. companies. • Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc. • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. • Generate timely and insightful financial reports for management review. • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles • Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
