📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for enterprise data management, integration, and governance initiatives aligned with organizational goals. • Champion a unified approach to data strategy, ensuring interoperability and data sharing across platforms and departments. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of data-focused projects, including the implementation of data governance frameworks, data quality remediation programs, and master data management (MDM) solutions. • Ensure projects meet defined milestones, budgets, and quality standards while driving measurable business outcomes. • Guide and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for data management, governance, and integration delivery. • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement through clear leadership and performance management. • Ensure the organization’s data is accurate, secure, and compliant with regulations and industry standards. • Engage and influence senior business and IT stakeholders to align on priorities, objectives, and outcomes for data initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in data modeling, data quality management, metadata management, and integration tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Boomi. • Deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data security protocols across hybrid environments. • Expertise in implementing data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) and data lifecycle management processes. • Familiarity with industry-specific compliance and data protection requirements. • Proven experience leading complex, multi-phase data and integration programs with cross-functional teams, managing scope, budgets, and timelines effectively. • Ability to analyze complex enterprise data ecosystems, identify opportunities for optimization, and align data capabilities with business strategy. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate data strategies, project progress, and business value to diverse audiences. • Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and alignment across executive leadership, business units, and technical teams.
