• Build, manage, and expand Ontinue’s partner ecosystem • Identify, recruit, and activate strategic partners • Own partner contribution to regional pipeline and revenue targets • Be accountable for partner-sourced and influenced deal progression • Drive co-sell engagement with strategic partners • Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies • Enable partners to position MXDR services • Run QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales and partner management in the US • Background in cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft ecosystems, or development of large partner networks • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Structured and data-driven mindset • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution
