⢠Administer, maintain, and support ONWA's technology infrastructure, cloud services, and organizational technology systems. ⢠Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of organizational technology resources. ⢠Provide technical expertise and support to staff across multiple office locations and remote work environments. ⢠Manage Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, permissions, and collaboration platforms. ⢠Support server and network infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, and system access. ⢠Participate in technology projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. ⢠Work collaboratively with staff, leadership, vendors, and service providers to deliver secure, effective, and reliable technology solutions throughout the organization.
⢠Post-secondary Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, Network Administration, or a related field. ⢠Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in systems administration, network administration, cloud technologies, or information technology support. ⢠Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, permissions, and collaboration platforms. ⢠Experience supporting Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. ⢠Experience supporting network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless technologies, VPNs, and firewall solutions. ⢠Experience supporting cloud-based environments and remote workforce technologies. ⢠Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent platforms. ⢠Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ⢠Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users. ⢠Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. ⢠Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. ⢠Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and organizational technology systems. ⢠Experience working with IT service management and ticketing systems. ⢠Knowledge of enterprise technology platforms, collaboration tools, governance frameworks, cybersecurity principles, and security best practices. ⢠Knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. ⢠Knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity solutions, and technology support practices. ⢠Knowledge of backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity principles. ⢠Understanding of cloud technologies, hybrid environments, and modern workplace solutions. ⢠Knowledge of IT service management practices, ticketing systems, and technical support processes. ⢠Ability to speak an Indigenous language is considered an asset.
