📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for users, handling customer queries via CRM and phone (product features, technical issues, billing). • Identify and tailor solutions to individual needs; ensure timely responses and suggest best practices. • Build strong, long-term relationships with high-value customers through regular check-ins; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and proactively manage churn risk. • Monitor and address community questions and requests; actively interact with the OpenProject community via forums and within the software. • Provide feedback to product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams based on customer interactions to drive continuous improvement. • Help shape the future of OpenProject and support a growing open-source community.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in German (native/professional level), as well as English and French. • Work experience, ideally within the customer support team in a tech company. • Effective communication and active listening skills to deliver a best-in-class experience for users. • Genuine commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and users. • Passion for open-source software and alignment with a mission-driven company promoting transparency and collaboration. • Enjoy working in a remote-first team with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and phone-based customer support.
