📋 Description

• Maintain financial records in compliance with IFRS • Bookkeeping in Xero and prepare consolidated monthly reports in Excel (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) • Perform monthly close processes, bank reconciliations, and manage AP/AR, payroll, and taxes • Process vendor and collaborator payments and oversee invoicing and collections • Support external accountants and tax advisors by providing documentation and oversight • Create analytical reports in Excel to anticipate cash flow gaps and support budgeting and forecasting • Partner with internal departments to support operational and strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 2–5 years of accounting experience • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Upper-intermediate English or higher (preferred) • Knowledge of Brazilian/Uruguayan tax regulations (preferred) • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Google Workspace (preferred) • Experience in the IT industry is a plus (preferred)
