• Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating kickoff activities • Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, handling inquiries and updates • Monitor client satisfaction and flag risks early • Track project timelines and deliverables with the DEV team • Support internal communication around project status and ETAs • Help improve customer success processes and documentation

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. • Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to collaborate across departments • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus
