🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering software demos or training • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills • Knowledge of the software development life cycle • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Comfort working in hybrid business and technical environments • Oracle Utilities implementation experience (CC&B, C2M, CCS) • Prior experience with Utilities (electric, water, gas) • Desired • Experience in instructional design tools • Familiarity with industry compliance and regulatory standards • Experience in contributing to RFPs or marketing content • Knowledge of modern eLearning and LMS platforms
