📋 Description

• Own key product features from concept and discovery through implementation, deployment, and iteration. • Design and build scalable systems (roughly 70% backend, 30% frontend) that support real-time, high-volume workflows—such as routing calls with our event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition. • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape intuitive, performant experiences. Your ideas and feedback will directly influence our roadmap—we value engineering, product, and design equally. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to team-wide standards that promote reliability, scalability, and clarity. • Continuously learn and grow by engaging with teammates, sharing knowledge, and adopting best practices across the stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience • Experience building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript • Hands-on experience with relational databases (RDBMS) using SQL • Proven ability to own features end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners • A deep appreciation for simple, maintainable, and well-tested code
