• Manage complex field service and repair needs for the McNeilus Volterra ZSL Electric Refuse Collection Vehicle • Perform technical installations and advanced diagnostics • Provide on-site customer training and support issue resolution • Lead and mentor less experienced technicians • Maintain service truck in good working order • Represent the company professionally at customer interactions • Maintain detailed records of service work and customer interactions
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • 5+ years of relevant experience in machine assembly or contracting experience • Valid driver’s license • Ability to possess a DOT card • Strong mechanical and technical skills • Ability to travel up to 80%
