📋 Description

• Lead Growth Lead to drive customer engagement, optimize account development, and expand product adoption for a Singapore-based client; remote in the Philippines • Manage full customer journey from lead engagement to strategic account growth using platform, data-driven insights, and category expertise • Build strong customer relationships, tailor product recommendations, and execute upselling and cross-selling initiatives • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and sourcing teams to refine strategies, onboard suppliers, and enhance platform capabilities • Proactively identify opportunities, upsell/cross-sell, and expand product categories • Use data analytics to track behavior and orders, improve conversion and order values • Onboard suppliers, develop sourcing strategies, and expand footprint within customers' operations

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in growth, account management, or similar customer-facing functions, ideally within the sourcing, procurement, or e-commerce space • Based in the Philippines and eligible to work in the Philippines • Strong understanding of customer journey, onboarding, upselling and cross-selling strategies • Experience coordinating with Product, Tech, and sourcing teams • Data-driven and able to leverage analytics to improve conversion and order value • Ability to build and manage strategic customer relationships • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
