• Customer Service Representative in the travel industry • Educate clients on best resorts for their budget • Provide amazing itineraries for vacations • Connect with clients via phone/email/chat/social media • Research best deals, customs, weather, activities • Learn to book air, resort, car rentals, etc. • Maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services • Offer outstanding customer service before, during, and after vacations • Maintain excellent client records for repeat clients

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a Smartphone, tablet and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access • Previous experience in Customer Service a plus, but not required • Must be at least 18 years of age • Be ready to be flexible in your daily routine since client's needs are always changing! • Possess excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills • Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in the travel industry • High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
