📋 Description

• Assist in the development, support and functionality roll out of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system • Optimize workflow processes through building applications tailored to organizations’ needs • Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users • Perform routine maintenance tasks for system stability and security • Participate in testing and validation of system changes • Assist in configuring and customizing the EHR system • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support EHR initiatives • Maintain documentation of system configurations and support issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 0 - 3 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required • Epic certification required within three months of class completion or 6 months of hire • Analytical, organization, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and within teams • Ability to solve problems and understand customer needs • Understanding of healthcare business process and technology • Understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology • Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
