• Provide ongoing IT and systems support services to Our Common Home • Ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations and reliable systems maintenance • Troubleshoot hardware, software and systems-related issues • Maintain core organisational systems and platforms • Monitor system performance and proactively identify operational risks or inefficiencies • Assist with user access management and permissions across systems • Support improvements to internal workflows and operational efficiency.
• Experience with IT help desk and user support • Knowledge of systems administration and maintenance • Competency in data management and organisation • Familiarity with IT security practices • Proven operational and technical support skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
• Ongoing IT help desk and technical support services • Maintenance and monitoring of organisational systems and digital infrastructure • Support for onboarding/offboarding and user access management • Data organisation, maintenance and related operational support • Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across teams • Recommendations for improvements to systems, workflows and IT practices where relevant • Coordination with external IT vendors or providers where required.
