📋 Description

• Manage rent ledgers, tenant payments, and account reconciliations. • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions. • Prepare monthly financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and P&L reports. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow tracking. • Maintain compliance with U.S. property management accounting standards and procedures. • Review financial variances and resolve discrepancies. • Coordinate with property managers to support monthly and year-end closing tasks. • Maintain digital financial files and ensure documentation accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in property management accounting • Strong proficiency in AppFolio and QuickBooks • Strong knowledge of rent ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR, and property financial reporting • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment • CPA or U.S. Accounting Certification (preferred but not required)
