📋 Description
• Design, build, and maintain custom CRM systems using Notion. • Create automations and integrations with Zapier to streamline internal and client workflows. • Develop and document process automations, dashboards, and databases. • Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy. • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to understand needs and translate them into efficient automation solutions. • Maintain organized data structures and ensure system consistency across platforms.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in CRM management, systems automation, or operations support. • Proficiency in Notion (databases, linked views, templates) and Zapier (multi-step zaps, filters, conditional logic). • Strong understanding of workflow design, data organization, and automation best practices. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-driven in a remote work setup. • Experience with other automation tools (Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack integrations) is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM data migration or API-based workflow integrations is a plus.
