• Oversee and execute high-volume payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations. • Maintain and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in QBO or Xero. • Assist with audits and preparation of supporting schedules and documentation. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls and compliance. • Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
